A GOOD FIT
A good fit is a homeowner who has pride of ownership and cares about doing quality work with a professional tradesman and doesn’t mind being put on a wait list to get the best.
A BAD FIT
A bad fit is the opposite someone who just wants a quick touch up or paint job and doesn’t care about quality over price, they need it done within a week are selling up therefore have no emotional attachement to wanting the home looking nice so this rules out investers, realtors homeowners selling etc.
